1) Key Rule (Please Read)
To be eligible for a return or refund, the customer must open the package and inspect the product in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery.
If the package is accepted without inspection in front of the delivery person, the order is considered delivered and accepted, and returns/refunds will not be applicable (including after days of use).
2) When Returns/Refunds Are Accepted
We accept a return/refund only at the time of delivery if, during inspection in front of the delivery person, the customer finds:
- The product is damaged or broken
- The product is defective (not functioning on arrival)
- The product is incorrect (wrong item/size/color/model)
- The product quality is not as expected (only if identified immediately during delivery-time inspection)
In these cases, the customer must return the product immediately to the delivery person. Once the delivery person leaves, the return/refund request will not be accepted.
3) When Returns/Refunds Are NOT Accepted
Returns/refunds are not accepted in the following situations:
- The customer did not open and inspect the product in front of the delivery person
- The customer accepts delivery and later requests a return/refund after use (e.g., after a few days)
- The issue is reported after the delivery is completed
- Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage after delivery, or issues caused by improper handling
4) Delivery-Time Return Procedure
At delivery, the customer should:
- Open the package in front of the delivery person
- Check the product condition, correct item, and basic quality
- If there is an issue, inform the delivery person immediately
- Return the item on the spot (do not take the item inside / do not keep it)
We may request supporting proof (e.g., delivery note confirmation and/or photos) where applicable.
5) Refund Method & Timeline
If a return is approved at delivery time, refunds are processed:

6) Damaged Package Guidance (Special Case)
If the outer package appears tampered, severely damaged, or opened, the customer should:
